You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of you or a representative receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period).

The product must be returned to us as soon as possible, and you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us no later than 14 days from the date you notified us that you have exercised your right of withdrawal. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original carton. Make sure to write the order number on both the outside and inside of the package.
